Mahatta Desk is a fare desk in Umm Suqeim, Dubai. People use it to add credit to a nol card from a phone, and to ask about a top-up that is already underway.
What the desk does
You enter the 10-digit tag id, an amount, and an email. A manager confirms the total within 24 hours. You pay by card once that total is clear, and the credit is processed onto the card.

Mahatta Desk is a separate Dubai desk for nol card top-ups in the UAE. nol is the name of the card. It is used here so you know which card the tag id refers to. Fares stay with the transport operator.
