What you share
- On a top-up: the 10-digit tag id, the amount, and your email.
- On the contact form: your name, email, an optional topic, and your message.
- When you pay: the payment is taken with the desk. This website does not receive the full bank card number.
Why
- To confirm the request and send the credit after payment.
- To answer you and to handle a refund.
- To meet accounting duties in the UAE.
In this browser
The site can store the fact that you closed the cookie note. That note stays on your device.
Who else sees it
The desk shares what is needed with the payment provider and with the parties who add the credit to the card. Details are not sold.
How long
Payment records are kept for accounting, usually up to 5 years. Messages that are not tied to an open request are deleted after 12 months.
Your choices
Write to info@mahattadesk.com to see, correct, or delete your details. The desk replies within 30 days.
