1. These terms

These terms cover mahattadesk.com, run from 4, 6b Street, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, UAE. Sending a top-up request means you accept them.

2. The service

The desk takes requests to add credit to a nol card used on Dubai public transport. The desk is not the transport operator. Fares and the card itself stay with the operator.

3. A request

• You provide the 10-digit tag id, an amount, and an email.
• You are responsible for the number you type.
• Sending the form does not take a payment. The desk confirms the request before you pay.

4. Price and payment

The total, including any fee, is named before you pay. You pay by bank card once that total is clear. The request is finished only after that payment succeeds.

5. Cancellation and refunds

These follow the refund page.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the desk for fraud, pay with a card you have no right to use, or interfere with the website. The desk may refuse a request that looks fraudulent.

7. Liability

The desk takes care to confirm the number and the amount. It is not responsible for delays caused by the transport network, a bank, or anything outside its control, or for credit sent to a number you typed incorrectly.

8. Names

nol belongs to its owner. The name is used here only to describe the card.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The date above is the current version.
