How a request moves
A top up nol card request is one short form, then a reply from the desk in Umm Suqeim.
1. You open the top-up page
The fields are not on the home page. They live on the top-up page: the tag id, the amount, and your email.
2. You enter the tag id
The nol tag id is 10 digits, grouped as 0000 0000 00. The desk reads those digits back before anyone pays.
3. You choose an amount
The buttons are AED 30, AED 40, AED 50, AED 100 and AED 150. Another amount can be typed when you need a different figure.
4. You hear the total
Any fee is part of the total named before you pay. You can drop the request before you pay, at no charge. A manager replies within 24 hours.
5. You pay and the credit is processed
You pay by card once the total is clear. The credit is then processed onto the card. You tap it on Dubai public transport.
